Are you a seasoned Change Manager with a proven track record of driving impactful transformation in the retail industry? We are seeking an Employment Equity (EE) Senior Change Manager for a 12-month contract to lead critical change initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This hybrid role is based in Cape Town and offers an exciting opportunity to shape organizational success through effective change management strategies.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead change initiatives related to ERP system implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Drive organizational designchanges to align with evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to leadership and teams to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change strategies and adjust as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
  • PROSCI certificationis mandatory.
  • Proven experience managing change initiatives, particularly in ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with organizational designand its impact on business processes.
  • Retail experienceis preferred, especially within the fashion, home, and beauty
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environmentand manage multiple priorities.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town.
